Dr.
Sunday Samuel Sobowale is a researcher and academia,
and currently an Associate Professor in the
Department of Food Science and Technology and Ag Head of Biomedical Technology
Department at Mountain Top University (MTU), in Nigeria. He has been involved
in lecturing, teaching, and research in the area of Food Process Engineering,
fermentation technology, and process optimization for over 18 years. He has published 75 research articles in
reputable local and international academic journals. He is reviewer of different high-impact scientific ISI and Scopus journals and
a regular volunteer for activities that promote food science and engineering.
