Profile

Erigbe Patience Ajirioghene is an Associate Professor, the Coordinator of Industrial Relations and Personal Management (IRPM) Program at the Department of Business Administration and Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation, Mountain Top University, Ogun State, Nigeria. She had her Bsc and Msc in Economics, from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria. She had her Ph.D March 2014, in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management from Babcock University, Ilisan, Ogun State, Nigeria. Dr Erigbe Patience A. started her career in the Corporate industry from 1994-2014, where she worked as Administrative Manager at Hinveir Ltd and Managing Director of Jonapat Global Synergy Ltd. While there, she followed her passion in education, attained her Ph.D and published scholarly articles in both International and local journals. She joined the Academics in 2014 as Lecturer 1, at Oduduwa University, Ipetumodu, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, where she was the Ag. Head of Department of Business Administration, Director of Oduduwa University Ventures, chairman of several committees and taught different courses at the Department, both at undergraduate and the Postgraduate level. She left in June 2018 as a Senior Lecturer and moved to Mountain Top University in August 2018, where she is currently the Ag. Director of Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation and an Associate Professor of Business Administration. She has about 50 international and local publications to her credit and has attended several conferences and workshops within and outside the country. She has won lots of awards and is the President and leader of various associations/organisations, including the church. She is widely travelled and enjoys cooking, reading and listening to good music. She is happily married with children.
