Dr. Olusegun Ifeoluwa Ogunsuyi is a lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences, Mountain Top University, Ibafo, Ogun State, Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Zoology from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He also completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Zoology (Cell Biology and Genetics) at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His area of specialty is Genetic and Molecular Toxicology. He is a beneficiary of both local and international travel awards for presentation of his research findings. He has published quite a number of peer - reviewed articles in reputable international journals and a book chapter. He is a member of the Genetic Toxicology Association of Nigeria (GTAN) and the Society of Toxicology (USA) and the International Society of Neurochemistry (ISN). He joined SOT in 2016. He is interested in the molecular toxicology of emerging contaminants/xenobiotics in the Nigerian environment, mechanism and amelioration of genetic damage; Neurotoxicity; Cancer genetics; and drug discovery.
