Profile
As an office administrator, assist in carrying out adminstrative tasks, office duties, perform skilled clerical work, provide general secretarial support to the department and to ensure that both staff and students records are up to date. As a graduate of office technology and management it is expected to be self motivated, able to work independently without close supervision also to be friendly and professional demeanour. Similarly, ability to priorotize work assignments as they come in. Most importantly experience in book keeping, data processing and vast knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Desktop Publishing has being a great tool which makes my work easier.
