Dr Omowumi Kayode commenced her academic pedigree with Bachelor of Science (BSc Honors – Second Class Upper Division), Master of Science (MSc – PhD grade) and PhD degrees respectively in Biochemistry specializing in Medicinal, Nutritional and Reproductive Biochemistry. She is a dedicated teacher and researcher. She has well over 12 years of teaching and research experience. As a testament to her academic prowess, Dr Kayode has published several research articles in refereed/peer-reviewed journals for which she is either the first author or corresponding author for over 40% of these research outputs. Dr Kayode is an active and enthusiastic academic researcher with over 400 citations and h-index of 10 (Google Scholar). She has attended and made paper presentations at several scientific conferences both locally and internationally. She is covenantly married and the union blessed.
